Staffordshire firm SSC Laser, the UK’s top sub contract laser profiling specialist, is investing in its future with the recruitment of four new graduates.
Amidst a backdrop of an ageing demographic in the workforce of UK manufacturing, SSC Laser are positive that their new recruits will help shape the firm’s success and enable them to continue to be a cut above the rest within the industry.
Sales Director Andy Evans said: “We interviewed 30 candidates for these 4 positions within our various SSC divisions, putting them all through a really tough selection process. These four young men outshone the competition to be selected for the positions. We strongly believe that modern day business is about ensuring customers are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. We aim to exceed our customers’ expectations. We can only achieve this by recruiting and training the very highest standard of candidates”.
The new graduates joining SSC Laser’s team are: Conor Mullen, who will be based at their head office in Hixon, Nathan Wright will be based in Derby and Alex Watson and Chris Waites will be based in Sunderland. Combining their expertise and determination within the field, the graduates will work towards further enhancing the SSC Laser brand. Creating strong links between its clients and the company is one of the values SSC Laser prides itself in and is set to be carried on through this next generation.
